Dr. Stephane Lewis 

Dr. Stephane Louis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida. As a queer woman of Haitian descent, she explores different ways the intersections of culture, family, faith, identity, and sexuality can impact our lives. Specializing in the LGBTQIA+ community and women of color, Dr. Louis creates a safe space for people to heal. She is currently in private practice and serves as a therapist at the Lynn University Counseling Center.

Julia Hamilton 

Julia is an MBA 2023 Candidate at London Business School. Prior to the MBA, Julia worked at Goldman Sachs for over 5 years across teams within Operations, Risk Management and Compliance. During her time at Goldman, she was a dedicated advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and led several initiatives, including co-founding the firm’s global Pronouns Initiative and establishing a Parental Resource Forum. Julia joined the firm as an analyst in 2015 and was promoted to Vice President in 2020. At London Business School, co-president for the Out in Business club, a Student Ambassador, and ROMBA Fellow. Julia earned her BA in Law & Society from American University in 2015.

 

Christopher Pham

As the Senior Apparel Designer for Global Football in Nike’s Global Sports Apparel as well as serving as one of the Co-Chairs of Nike’s LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, The PRIDE Network, Christopher’s work centers on blending innovation and performance for athletes to compete at their highest level while ensuring that our Purpose goals in sustainability and diversity, equity & inclusion drive our innovation. He believes that Nike’s Mission to “listen to the voice of the athlete” doesn’t stop at designing product for them to play sport in, but it also means advocating for their voices to be heard on and off the field.

CONVERSATION LABS 3 PANELISTS

Dr. Sarah M. Toutant is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Childcare Resource Center (CCRC), which employs over 1,000 staff as one of the largest nonprofits in the state of California. Having earned her Ph.D. in Urban Education Policy from the University of Southern California (USC), Dr. Toutant invests herself in causes academic, professional, public, and otherwise, related to advancing equity and developing anti-racist practices. Dr. Toutant is an experienced DEI consultant who has assisted companies and organizations with installing policies that prioritize equity. As a public speaker, she has been invited to address DEI issues with audiences at major corporations, higher education institutions, and various other organizations.
