Equity Coaching Academy
The USC Race and Equity Center Equity Coaching Academy partners with DEI experts across multiple fields and industries to engage in executive coaching, small group strategic advising, and consulting with your organization. The program was officially launched in August 2022 with 16 equity coaches who have backgrounds in tech, education, real estate, retail, food services, government and more. Our team of DEI experts is equipped to partner alongside organizations to help coach them to diversity, equity, and inclusion preparedness in workspaces.
